9. Transboundary transmission, security and storage

By accessing one of our company’s websites or by installing, accessing or using our company’s products and/or services, except where we have contractually agreed to maintain such information within a particular country or region, you agree and consent to the cross-border transfer of information and/or data. Our company uses or may in the future use third parties, such as Amazon (AWS) and Microsoft cloud services, to store its email, databases and systems and Google to provide analytics services. These providers are generally located in Australia, the European Union and/or the European Economic Area and/or the United States of America. Our company uses reasonable, commercially reasonable, physical, administrative and technical safeguards to maintain the integrity and security of information by which an individual’s identity can be verified, including, but not limited to, secure data networks protected by a firewall and password protection systems that meet standard industry standards. Transmission of data over the Internet may not be secure and therefore you transmit all information at your own risk. Once your transmission is complete, our company makes every effort to ensure the security of the transmitted information on our systems. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and/or account details and for ensuring that your systems are up to date and implementing anti-virus and other protection measures.

Our company will process your request in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation and will provide you with access to a copy of the information it holds about you, allowing you to exercise your rights of access, objection to processing, objection to automated decision-making and profiling, restriction of processing, portability, correction or deletion of data of the above data in accordance with the specific provisions of European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), unless:
